We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company's accounts payable and receivable.
Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance/Bookkeeping background.
Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
You will be responsible for:
- Front of house management including general office upkeep
- Managing Xero accounting software and payroll
- Accounts payable/receivable processing, including checking supplier invoices for pricing, coding and matching to purchase orders
- Raise recipient tax Invoices to clients
- Raise variation documents to clients
- Working with external accountants to prepare necessary information to prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS)
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Greeting clients into the business for meetings and appointments
- Assisting with the processing of administration documentation
- Administrative support
- Social media accounts maintenance
- Website administration in Wordpress
Skills and experience:
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software preferred, including processing payroll
- Payroll award interpretation
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, effective communication and problem-solving skills with proven customer service experience
- Professional attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
- Great customer service skills and telephone manner
- Commitment to building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, contractors and other team members

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
