We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Cafe Team Leader to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport. If you love being hands-on, thrive in a busy café environment, and want to help lead a great team – this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:
Lead, coach & motivate your team to deliver amazing customer experiences
Keep quality, speed & presentation on point — every cup counts
A valid RSA or willingness to obtain one
Manage daily operations, stock & compliance standards
Well-groomed & professionally presented
Create a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps travellers coming back
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in cafés, hospitality, or food retail
RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong people skills & pride in presentation
Reliable transport & flexible availability for evening shifts
Eligibility for an Aviation Security ID (ASIC)
