Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced ultrasound and/or radiography examinations with a strong focus on patient-centred care
* Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to junior staff and students
* Support day-to-day operations, workflow efficiency and after-hours service delivery as required
* Lead quality improvement initiatives, protocol development and service enhancements
* Work collaboratively with Radiologists, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
* Ensure compliance with professional standards, accreditation requirements and safety legislation
About you
* Accredited Medical Sonographer (General) status with ASAR
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and eligibility for required registration/licensing
* Advanced clinical knowledge and demonstrated expertise in Ultrasound
* Ability to perform complex imaging examinations independently and confidently
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
* Experience mentoring staff, supervising learners and fostering a positive team culture
* Commitment to continuous professional development and service improvement
