The Women's Asian Cup 2026 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to support the successful delivery of all transport services for the 2026 edition in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to develop and deliver training and onboarding for the Transport Team.
* Development and Planning: Play a key role in developing processes and operations, acting as the primary contact point for inquiries. Assist with training and implementing key policies and guidelines for transport requirements.
* Event Operations: Assist the Transport Manager during the delivery of transport services, working with service providers during the tournament and periphery events.
* Budget and Financial Management: Assist the Transport Manager with monitoring and reporting on operational costs.
* Reporting and Evaluation: Collate information to support post-event evaluations with relevant program areas and stakeholders.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in major events or related fields.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications to support event management in transport/traffic or related field.
* Experience related to transport for major sports events and an understanding of international sporting teams.
* Attention to detail and strong ability to manage operational processes effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills.
