Macarthur Real Estate Agency is looking for a motivated Real Estate Trainee Leasing Assistant to support our busy leasing and property management team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone keen to start a long‑term career in real estate, with structured training and support provided.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with leasing enquiries via phone, email and walk‑ins
* Booking and coordinating open homes and private inspections
* Supporting inspections and following up enquiry feedback
* Processing tenancy applications (data entry, reference checks, file setup)
* Preparing lease documentation and tenant onboarding packs (under guidance)
* Managing keys, appointments and general leasing administration
* Updating listings and maintaining accurate records in our systems
* Providing friendly, professional service to tenants, landlords and applicants
Qualifications
* Great customer service and communication skills (especially on the phone)
* Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
* Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
* Confident with computers and admin tasks
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
* Current driver's licence (preferred) and availability for some Saturday work
* NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain – we can support you)
* Experience in admin/retail/hospitality is helpful but not essential
