The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to manage our Fashion Boutique Concession Store located within Myer Marion. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will:
* Provide excellent service and styling assistance to our customers.
* Excel in your role as a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador displaying a strong affinity with the Pilgrim brand and its product.
* Optimize store performance by delivering strong sales results and managing staff rosters.
* Lead by example, train & develop staff to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that delivers results.
* Enjoy delivering a high standard of personal, staff, store, and stock visual presentation.
* Be innovative and provide feedback to management on new ways to improve Pilgrim's performance.
* Provide good housekeeping and administrative skills.
Skills and Attributes
It would be desirable if you had some or all of the following:
* Strong understanding of styling for all body shapes.
* Great time management and an attention to detail.
* Desire to be a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador and to represent the Brand.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven success in fashion retail.
* Strong operations and administration ability.
* Confident and have good leadership skills with ability to recruit, train and develop a team.
* Proactive and positive attitude with passion, engagement and integrity.
