Our client is seeking a qualified Electrician to join their mining operation on a FIFO 8 days on / 6 days off roster to Olympic Dam, commencing on an initial 6-month contract with ongoing work available.
This opportunity is well suited to electricians looking to gain mining experience, with full upskilling provided for mine-site electrical work.

Scope of work:
* General electrical maintenance and installation
* Surface and underground electrical works
* Standard electrical duties only (no specialist electrical work required)
* On-the-job training and upskilling in mine-site electrical systems
Requirements:
* Current Electrical certification
* National Police Check
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
* Strong safety focus and willingness to learn
* MUST be in Australia with valid working rights/ elegibility to work
