Role Overview
Support daily kitchen and administrative operations, including scheduling, coordination, and general office tasks.
Gain hands-on experience in nonprofit operations within a dynamic environment.

Assist with daily operational tasks and office support
Coordinate and support volunteers in various activities
Help ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes
Support documentation, reporting, and general administrative tasks

Valid Working with Children Check

Commitment: flexible, up to 23 days/week onsite
Skills Needed
Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Events, Administration, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong communication and organizational skills
Critical thinking and adaptability
Time management and willingness to learn

Time Required
Schedule depends on the availability of the Intern/volunteer and the slots available.
The 15 hour maximum per week will be observed.
Morning Events: 9:00am - 12:00nn.
Afternoon Events: 12:00nn - 3:00pm or Mid Day: 9:00am - 2:00pm.
We are open Mondays Fridays, sometimes Sundays, except Saturdays.
If you can come in at least 2x-3x a week, that'll be perfect.
