As the Senior Naval Architect for Austal Defence Australia (ADA), you'll be responsible for providing and supporting the design of a vessel from concept through the delivery, on time and on budget.

* Produce accurate information and documentation, which meets all procedural and auditable requirements
* Ensure work deadlines are met and construction deliverables are not compromised or missed
* Effectively and efficiently communicate through drawings, verbal and written means to all necessary parties
* Consistently exhibits a proactive attitude towards innovation and improvement and actively seeks alternate methods of performing tasks
You'll Need
* Bachelor of Engineering â Naval Architecture
* Advanced AutoCAD skills
* A solid understanding of Production methods and practical application of design
* Knowledge of regulatory body Rules and Regulation requirements
* 5+ years experience in a similar position
* Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
