The Position
In the role of Leasing Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Attending open homes
* Liaise with tenants and landlords
* Select and reference check potential tenants
* Prepare lease agreements and bond documents
* Advertise rental properties
* Assist property manager with ingoing/outgoing inspections and condition reports
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance
* Administrative duties as required
* Monday to Saturday with one RDO during the week
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Leasing Consultant will have:
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration is a MUST
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
* Extremely accurate attention to detail
* Highly organised and able to multi-task under pressure
* Immaculate personal presentation
* First-class computer skills
