**Role type:** Full-time; Fixed-term until 30 September 2026 (Parental Leave Replacement) **Faculty:** Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences **Department/ School:**Melbourne Dental School **Salary:**UOM 6 - $100,847 - $109,163 p.a. In this role, you will coordinate key elements of the Melbourne Dental School Timetable Transformation Project. You will streamline complex scheduling and systems, improving learning experiences for students and supporting academic staff.Log, monitor and resolve technical issues in scheduling systems, maintaining clear documentation and supporting team knowledge transfer.Support Academic Programs activities and key School events, contributing coordinated administrative support where priorities demand extra capacity. * Hold a tertiary degree and bring substantial experience coordinating complex projects or academic administration functions.* Demonstrate strong project management skills, with a record of meeting competing deadlines in dynamic environments.* Coordinate service or systems changes, including planning implementation activities and supporting stakeholders through process improvements.* Communicate clearly in writing and in person, producing high-quality documentation, reports and stakeholder updates.* Use advanced MS Word and Excel confidently, and work comfortably with online platforms such as Qualtrics and Zoom.* Value collaboration, working effectively both independently and within teams to solve problems and improve processes.**What we offer you!** We offer the opportunity to be part of a vibrant community and enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits to support your success and sense of fulfilment, including: Salary packaging and access to a range of discounted services including Bupa health insurance, and access to unique cultural and recreational benefits such as discounts for the Melbourne Theatre Company You will join the Academic Programs team within the renowned Melbourne Dental School.
