**The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group** encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.
**About the role**
- Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintaining strict security procedures surrounding guest confidentiality & privacy.
- Liaising with internal departments in a proactive manner to ensure group and guest requirements for specific bookings are met.
- Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
**About You**
- Excellence in customer service & phone etiquette
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge in Opera and Third-Party Agents is preferred.
- Ability to work under high pressure, and a quick-paced environment.
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
- The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Guest Service Agent experience is not necessary, new to the industry are welcome to apply.
