Key Responsibilities: Support Registered Nurses/Midwives in the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care within your scope of practice. Undertake and assist with routine and specialised nursing procedures in accordance with care plans, policies and professional standards. Monitor patient condition, recognise clinical deterioration and escalate concerns appropriately. Contribute positively to teamwork, quality improvement activities and a supportive, respectful workplace culture. What we’re looking for: Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate. A team-oriented clinician with experience delivering nursing care in a healthcare setting under appropriate supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures.
