Every day as a Telstra Retail Consultant you’ll ensure our customers connect faster, better and smarter. You’ll be continually trained on the latest tech and gadgets, and use your sales approach and consultative service superpowers to solve customers’ needs.

Key responsibilities

You’ll support customers in‑store, champion new services and solutions, and maintain high‑quality customer service in a busy environment.

What we’re looking for

- The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
- An appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- A drive to reach (and exceed!) sales targets and KPIs
- The hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond!)
- A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment
- Experience in a customer‑facing role

- Ipswich
- Redbank
- Springfield

Employment type

Casual, Part Time and Full Time roles available. Store hours vary.
