As a Field Sales Representative for our Wollongong region, you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch, where you can deliver executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and Petrol & Convenience accounts. You will deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, in line with ‘Perfect Store’ standards, representing the Red Bull brand at all times.
Job Responsibilities
Territory Ownership
You will take pride in owning your designated geographical patch, delivering against key targets and metrics to achieve executional excellence across various accounts. Building close relationships with third-party partners will be essential to collaborate and build wins across your territory. Mastering power selling techniques and embracing our Red Bull MVP values is crucial.
Business Development
You will strategically approach your territory, completing all calls and executing effective visits to allocated accounts at optimal regularity. Increasing distribution width and depth in existing customers and converting new business leads in non-traditional channels are key aspects of this role.
Long-Term Sales Drivers
Develop relationships with key customers and new leads, driving in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards. Winning 'cold can' and cashier placements across channels and increasing product distribution and availability are vital. Enhancing Red Bull's share of space using category insights is also important.
Short-Term Sales Drivers
Develop relationships with key customers and new leads, focusing on driving in-store presence and executing displays during key promotional periods across all accounts.
Qualifications
* Sales experience required; FMCG experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to manage and cultivate strong working relationships
* Strong selling skills, including negotiation and objection handling, with commercial awareness
* Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* A valid and full driver’s license is required
* Proficient in written and verbal English
