Head of Department - Property Management Operations Manager
Attree Real Estate is growing — and we're looking for the right leader to help shape the future of our Property Management division.
With our portfolio rapidly approaching 1,000 properties under management, we're now focused on the next stage of growth: 2,000 properties managed through strong leadership, structure, systems, and people.
This is a senior leadership position within our business and a rare opportunity for an experienced Property Management professional to step into a true operations role.
Importantly — this is a non‐portfolio position. You won't be managing your own rent roll.
Your focus is leading the department, supporting the team, refining processes, driving performance, and helping continue to build one of Perth's leading Property Management divisions.
About the Role
You will oversee a team of 15 staff across both onshore and offshore operations, working closely with Directors and department leaders to ensure the business continues to scale effectively while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Team leadership, mentoring and performance management
* Training and development of Property Management staff
* Driving departmental growth and operational efficiency
* Managing and refining onshore and offshore workflows
* Reviewing and improving internal systems and processes
* Supporting team culture, accountability and service delivery
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
* Working collaboratively with leadership on future growth strategy

* Previous leadership experience within residential Property Management is essential
