We are partnering with a well-established and growing hospitality group to recruit an experienced Executive Chef to lead a multi-outlet culinary operation in Perth.
This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially minded Executive Chef who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments while delivering consistent, high-quality food across multiple venues.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overall culinary direction, operational performance, and kitchen leadership across the group.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing kitchen operations across multiple outlets
* Driving food consistency, speed, and quality in a high-volume service model
* Menu development with a strong focus on commercial viability and execution
* Food cost control, GP management, and supplier relationships
* Recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management of kitchen leadership teams
* Implementing and maintaining robust kitchen systems and procedures
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, HACCP, and WHS standards
* Working closely with operations and venue management to align food with overall business performance
About You
We are looking for a hands‑on Executive Chef with strong operational instincts and proven multi‑site experience.
You will ideally bring:
* Demonstrated experience as an Executive Chef or Group Head Chef in high-volume venues
* A background in pub, casual dining, or Varsity-style operations
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and retain high-performing teams
* Excellent commercial acumen, including food costing and margin control
* Experience opening or transitioning venues is highly regarded
* A calm, structured approach to fast-paced service environments
* Availability for a near-immediate start to allow for a structured handover
