**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Officer / Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and smooth operation of our accounting department. You will be responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank and credit card reconciliations, controlling debtors, assisting with Profit & Loss reviews, and performing general administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Implement effective debtor control and collection strategies.
- Assist in monthly P&L reviews and financial reporting.
- Provide general administration support across the department.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts officer role.
- Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite highly regarded.
- Previous office administration experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
