About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, delivering exceptional care to participants and leading their own caseload to achieve client outcomes. They will work collaboratively with other disciplines to achieve client goals and participate in peer consultations to ensure high-quality, person-centred speech therapy.
* Drive and lead your own caseload to deliver exceptional care to participants.
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
* Participate in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
* Work with clients to set achievable goals that support them to function more independently.
* Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
* Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation).
* A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
* Unrestricted Australian work rights.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
