As a Registered Nurse supporting clients in Canberra and surrounding areas, you will coordinate the delivery of high-quality care and services that support our customers to remain living at home.
You’ll develop genuine connections with our customers and loved ones and assist them to implement innovative strategies that will optimise their health and well-being to support independence.
What do we need from you?
You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance.
You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience.
You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
You must have:
- Registered Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration;
- Proven experience working within budget and service delivery parameters; and
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work as part of a team.
