Personal Assistant to Director – Real Estate Agency
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Real Estate Director in daily operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct administrative support to the Director
• Prepare, review and process sales contracts and related documents
• Assist with sales administration, listing paperwork and compliance
• Manage calendar, appointments and email communication
• Coordinate property files, CRM updates and marketing materials
• Liaise with clients, settlement agents and internal team members
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About You:
• Previous experience in real estate, sales admin, or PA role preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM (experience in real estate software is an advantage)
• Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
