About You
We're seeking someone who brings more than just technical know-how. You should be approachable, trusted, and calm under pressure – able to handle sensitive issues with care and communicate HR concepts clearly and practically. A natural ability to juggle competing priorities is essential.
* A degree in HR or a related field (or nearly completed qualifications).
* Demonstrated previous experience in a similar HR advisory role.
* A calm, clear approach to complex IR/ER matters.
* A working knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and HR legislation.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
