Verse Group is currently supporting a leading organisation seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join a fast-paced delivery team focused on building and deploying Power Platform applications.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in an Agile environment and is comfortable operating across both business analysis and delivery leadership responsibilities.
The team focuses on delivering rapid MVP solutions, with many applications designed, built, and deployed within short delivery cycles.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage backlog, sprint planning, scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Work closely with developers to refine requirements and break down work into deliverable iterations.
* Provide support across the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations, data, and security where required.
Skills & Experience
* Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations) is highly desirable.
* Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or hybrid BA / Delivery role within Agile environments.
* Higher Education experience is highly desirable
