As the Administration Officer you will deliver high quality administrative support to ensure an efficient administration service is provided to the Director, Administration Services and the Administration Services team.
About The Team
Administration Services provides professional support to all administration staff across the divisions for Children's Health Queensland. We achieve this through developing and empowering all administration staff to deliver service excellence to our patients and families.
About The Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- To provide, develop and maintain an efficient, effective and professional administrative support including email and diary management, minute taking, and preparation of reports, briefing notes and letters.
- Utilise highly developed communication skills and tools to contribute to a motivated and effective team.
- Coordinate, lead and manage administrative activities and resources to provide efficient and effective utilisation of administrative services.
