Job Title: Cement Production Lead
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cement batch plant. The Cement Production Lead will be accountable for ensuring that all production activities are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the cement industry. They should possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and direct a team of supervisors and technicians. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
The Cement Production Lead will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available to support production goals.
