What you’ll be doing
* Repair and maintain roads, footpaths, kerbs, and drainage systems
* Carry out concreting, paving, and minor construction works
* Operate tools and machinery safely (e.g. compactors, jackhammers, mixers)
* Assist with stormwater and drainage maintenance
* Work as part of a team to deliver quality outcomes for the community
* Follow safety procedures and complete basic paperwork
What you’ll bring
* Relevant trade qualification or strong hands-on experience
* Experience operating plant and equipment safely
* Good understanding of safety practices and teamwork
* Ability to work with limited supervision and use initiative
* Current Medium Rigid (or higher) driver’s licence
* You must be able to provide a national police check certificate (dated within 6 months) prior to commencement.
