Job Overview:
This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end attraction and talent engagement process using available online recruitment tools to proactively source and engage candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing strategies to attract and engage candidates who align with our organisational values and objectives.
* Researching and understanding employment market trends to ensure the service meets stakeholders' resourcing needs.
* Measuring and reporting on Talent Acquisition programs and strategies.
* Contributing to continual improvement in the review, design, and implementation of processes and policies related to Talent Sourcing and Acquisition.
* Establishing effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and providing specialist advice regarding attraction and engagement strategies and candidate management.
