Junior Sales Assistant Role
The Junior Sales Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the retail store, contribute to customer satisfaction, and help drive sales by providing excellent service and assistance to shoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cash handling and processing payments
* Participating in training and development activities
* Greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously
* Ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
* Responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering recommendations as needed
* Assisting with stock replenishment, including unpacking deliveries, shelving products, and maintaining organised displays
