**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative individual to join our Supre team as a Store Experience Manager. You will help your team conceptualise and execute creative store experiences that deliver on our brands vision, engage our customers and increase foot traffic. Using your innovation and creative thinking, you will be responsible for creative plans around themes and campaigns, brand strategy and new stores that take the customer experience to the next level. You will be responsible for delivering and communicating strategic plans that strengthen our current store experience and will deliver on business KPIs.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a Visual Merchandising, Event Management or Creative Brand / Lifestyle role
- Proven creative skill, with the ability to problem solve within a Visual Merchandising and Retail capacity i.e. store campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to create a concept and communicate to a team to deliver a tangible outcome
- Ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and coach a team to success.
