We are not looking for a “hunter” – but a reliable partner for our corporate and MICE clients who can handle complex administration and smoothly coordinate events and stays from A to Z.We are looking for a reliable colleague who will be a support to our clients and team.What will you be doing?Comprehensive care of corporate and leisure group clients – from inquiries to event organization to feedback evaluation.Cross-departmental cooperation – ensuring that everything runs smoothly, whether it's technical details, catering, or accommodation.Personal contact with clients – welcoming guests, accompanying them on hotel tours, assisting with events, and providing consistent care during their stay.Preparation of documents – offers, contracts, presentations, welcome packages, event itineraries and invoicesCoordination and support of the sales team in meeting goals and implementing the daily agenda.QualificationsWho are we looking for? The ideal candidate:Experience in a similar position (ideally 3+ years), preferably in the hotel industry or services.Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, in Czech and English (German is an advantage).Organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to independently manage smaller and larger agendas.Knowledge of MS Office is a must.
