This role is crucial for managing our expanding business operations and nurturing talent to become future leaders in the energy industry.You will oversee over 500 years of combined technical experience; however, this role will also be responsible for overall business operations and will work with our commercial and regulatory arms to facilitate an effective strategic advisory and consultancy for our clients that truly helps them succeed in the energy transition.About Us:At Global Power Energy, we’re driving the global shift towards sustainable energy. Join us in creating a cleaner, more sustainable future.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all technical and operational aspects of the company.Make work fun, and connect our team to our mission and values, creating opportunities for them to grow into the future energy leaders.Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and objectives.Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience in a senior management role.
