Job Title: Senior Organisational Change Manager (Multiple Roles)
Rates: $120 – $140 per hour + Super
Security: Austrlian Citizenship, with Baseline Clearance
Term: 12+12+12 month contract

The Opportunity
Canberra Consulting is seeking multiple Senior Organisational Change Managers (EL1 equivalent) to support a significant enterprise digital capability program within a large Federal Government environment located in the Parliamentary precinct.
These roles will provide strategic change leadership across a portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with senior executives, program leaders and delivery teams to design and execute integrated change strategies that drive adoption, minimise change fatigue and ensure realisation of business benefits.
This engagement offers a long-term program environment, strong executive exposure, and the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change maturity uplift initiatives.
Hybrid working arrangements apply, with a minimum of three days per week onsite in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop enterprise and project-level change strategies, frameworks and templates to uplift organisational change maturity
* Provide strategic advice and coaching to senior stakeholders, program teams and delivery leads
* Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and change champion network development
* Conduct organisational readiness and change impact assessments across complex portfolios
* Develop integrated change roadmaps and implementation plans across multiple programs
* Support benefits mapping, benefits realisation planning and ongoing adoption measurement
* Deliver training needs analysis and enablement strategies to support new ways of working
* Monitor change performance, manage resistance and drive sustained adoption outcomes
Essential Criteria
* Minimum 7+ years’ experience delivering organisational change management within complex program environments
* Demonstrated experience developing enterprise or portfolio-level change frameworks and strategies
* Proven delivery of change activities across large public sector transformation initiatives
* Experience integrating change methodologies into agile and waterfall program delivery
* Experience supporting benefits realisation planning and measurement
* Relevant change management certification (PROSCI or equivalent highly regarded)
Security
Australian Citizenship required, a Baseline security clearance is essential.
