This is a hands‐on opportunity to partner with leaders, drive HR initiatives, and play a key role in employee relations, compliance, and recruitment across ANZ

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of HR ANZ, this HR Advisor will provide end‐to‐end HR support across multiple business units. On a daily basis, you will partner with managers to provide advice on employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes. You will also manage end‐to‐end recruitment activities including screening, interviews, onboarding, and campaign management. On a weekly and monthly basis, you will support compliance activities, maintain HR systems and reporting, and ensure adherence to employment legislation, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices across the organisation. You will contribute to developing HR strategies, supporting apprenticeship and traineeship programs, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes. With exposure to a broad range of HR functions including injury management and stakeholder engagement, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact while building strong relationships across the business.

Responsibilities

* Provide advice on employment legislation, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
* Manage employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, and performance management
* Support and conduct disciplinary processes end‐to‐end
* Deliver end‐to‐end recruitment across multiple business units
* Develop and manage recruitment campaigns, including apprenticeship/traineeship programs
* Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and employee entitlements
* Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting data
* Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration processes
* Assist with injury management and return‐to‐work programs
* Partner with stakeholders to provide timely and effective HR support
* Contribute to HR projects, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced HR generalist with minimum 5 years demonstrated strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and a proven ability to manage employee relations matters end‐to‐end. You bring a proactive and solutions‐focused approach, with the confidence to partner with stakeholders across all levels of the business. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, you thrive in a fast‐paced environment and can manage competing priorities effectively. Your communication and problem‐solving skills enable you to influence outcomes and build strong working relationships, while your commitment to best practice HR ensures high‐quality support across the organisation.
