We're growing and looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager based in Sydney, with potential to sell Australia wide.

You don't need to be experienced in waste. We can support that while you learn.

You do need to be an expert at opening doors, steering conversations and closing sales.

The Role

This is a pure hunting role focused on winning larger, more complex customers, both local and National businesses.

You will:

* Target and win multi-site and multi state organisations
* Generate and qualify your own pipeline (this is not a lead-fed role)
* Engage senior stakeholders across procurement, operations, and ESG
* Run structured discovery that identifies cost, risk, and performance gaps
* Build a commercial case for change
* Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes

What We're Looking For

This role is built for someone already operating at a high level.

Strong experience in complex B2B or enterprise sales

Comfortable with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers

High activity in outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, face-to-face)

Ability to control the sales process and test commitment early

Commercially sharp — able to link operational problems to financial outcomes

If you need a high volume of inbound leads to succeed, this won't be the right fit.
