**The opportunity**:
- You will be able to plan, lead, manage and deliver the divisions key change projects and documentations including project proposals and consultation papers
- You will be able to develop and manage the teams work products including guidance documentation
- You will be able to provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and manage contracts
- You will be able to undertake research, analysis and review relevant legislation and provide recommendations and solutions to identify project issues or risks
- You will be able to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
**What you will need to succeed**
- Prior experience working in a similar position in a government department
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong Project and stakeholder management skills
- **Must have **experience with legislation and legal framework
- **Must have **tertiary qualification such as engineering, science, law or public policy
- **Must have **computer literacy skills
- Experience or background in energy or energy efficiency will be **highly advantages**:
