The role is responsible for HR business partnering across Australian Supply Chain and Operations.
You will support the design and implementation of people strategies and activities to deliver outcomes aligned to the Supply Chain and Operations annual and strategic plans and the overall business strategic plan.What you'll be responsible for:Provide leadership support to the HR team around key areas (policies and procedures, objective setting, reward and recognition, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development)Support the design and implementation of people strategies and activities.Provide strategic, value-add business partnershipsDevelop, monitor and build organisational capabilityImplement training, learning & development requirements as neededExecution of strategic HR initiativesProvide leadership and coaching, implementation of change and improvement guidance & assistanceManage external relationships including Unions and vendorsAbility to co-design and support the implementation of operating plans to attract, motivate and retain employees and drive desired business performance outcomesAbout you:Ideally 10 years' senior level HR experience in FMCGDemonstrated experience working within a unionised environment.Proven experience in driving HR strategies aligned with business goals.Strong understanding of industrial relations and legislative complianceExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills,Ability to deliver value-added insights from HR metrics and trends.Ideally you have led and executed HR projects.High levels of integrity and accountability - you own your decisions and can be counted on to do what you say you willSolutions focused approach – Nothing is ever a problem!What can you expect in return?A supportive working environment (with plenty of snacks on hand!)
