* High hourly rates: Earn $160/hr standard and up to $180/hr after hours. Based off 65% take of session fees $250‑$280.
* Total flexibility: Choose to work however many days you would like, preferably 2+ days per week. Run your own schedule
* 6 sessions a day only: A manageable and sustainable caseload

* Constant referrals: Full books and a steady stream of motivated mostly‑adult clients (16+)
The clinic is well‑known and loved in this community for its heart and its quality of care. With a small, stable team of 6 Clinical Psychologists, the environment is warm, easy‑going and professionally driven. You'll be supported to work your way, with access to peer support, structured supervision and even visiting speakers to keep things fresh.
Clients are mostly aged 20–50 and commonly present with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, grief, and life stress. Experience with EMDR or ADHD support is a lovely bonus, but not essential.
Your Duties will Include:
* Deliver high‑quality psychological care to a diverse client base aged 16–50
* Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and reporting, with a max of 6 clients/day
* Collaborate with a lovely team while enjoying independence in your role
* Work out of a boutique clinic in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs
Requirements/ Skills:
* Experience in private practice
* Experience working with adults; EMDR or ADHD skills a bonus
* AHPRA registration and Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist
* Last stage Clinical Registrars may be considered
* Full Australian Work Rights
