Warehouse labourer

Capture Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hands‐on Warehouse Operators to join our client's large, modern manufacturing facility based in Truganina. Our client is a well established Australian manufacturer of kitchen, bathroom and lifestyle joinery products, supplying high quality cabinetry, joinery and stone benchtops to the new home builder and retail markets. Duties

• Picking and packing kitchen and cabinetry orders
• Preparing stock, panels, boards and components for production or dispatch
• Handling flat pack cabinetry, joinery items and related warehouse products
• Checking orders against paperwork, labels and scheduled requirements
• Palletising, wrapping and preparing completed orders for dispatch
• Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Assisting with loading and unloading where required
• Repetitive lifting and manual handling up to 25kg
• Working safely around forklifts, machinery and other team members

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, pick packing or labouring
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 25kg
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working in a physical, hands‐on role
• Full working rights in Australia
• Reliable transport to and from Truganina

Shifts Available

• Day Shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Night Shift, 11:00pm to 7:00am, Sunday to Thursday

We are looking for people who are reliable, physically capable and ready to work. You will need to be comfortable working in a busy production or warehouse environment, following instructions and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
