We're looking for a passionate Assistant Director who thrives on building strong relationships with families, supporting their team, and creating magical learning experiences for children.

About the Role
As our Assistant Director, you'll work alongside the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth running of the centre while being a friendly, approachable face for families and staff alike.
You'll:
* Be the first point of contact for families – guiding them through tours, enrolments, and transitions
* Support and mentor educators, helping the team grow and shine
* Implement engaging learning programs inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy
* Handle important admin (A&R, compliance, enrolments) with ease
* Create a warm, welcoming environment where every child and family feels at home
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
* Diploma qualified (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (essential)
* Experienced as an Assistant Director in a 60+ place centre
* Confident with A&R, compliance, and team management
* Skilled in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Line Leader or OWNA a bonus
* Warm, professional, and approachable – especially on the phone
* Passionate about early childhood and looking for a long-term career move
* Ready to start right away
