We are looking for a dedicated and driven Technical Sales
and Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will
be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong
customer relationships, and providing technical support to
ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in
promoting our innovative medical devices healthcare providers
across one of these countries: Newcastle, NSW Australia, Hamilton, Waikato New Zealand.
WorldIONM is a medical device company in Australia, New
Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore specialising in neurology
and neuromonitoring. As a result of our recent growth, we are
expanding our team and seeking an experienced Technical
Account Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
- relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer account
management matters.
- Identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals within the assigned
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to
- Address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer
- Represent WorldIONM at national and international
- Over 1 year experience in a clinical/Sales role working closely
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build multi-tiered relationships within the healthcare
- Clinical or sales experience especially in neurology,
- Excellent collaborative verbal and written communication
- Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of
- Proficient in CRM programs, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and
- Experience in presenting on Teams to customers and key
- Comfortable working in a technical environment to educate
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for
