Growth Product Manager
We are seeking an ambitious, data-driven Growth Product Manager to join our expanding team and lead initiatives that enhance user acquisition, activation, revenue, referral, retention, and resurrection metrics.
Role Overview:
Growth Product Managers act as the CEO of their product's growth, leading cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, growth hackers, and designers. They focus on identifying and executing growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, leveraging data and experimentation to achieve significant impact. Responsibilities include user research on growth levers, UX/UI design for conversion and retention, engineering growth features, analytics, and collaboration on marketing strategies.

Requirements:
1. Experience leading product discovery focused on growth opportunities, creating product vision, and shaping strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
2. Proven ability to manage and influence high-performing teams in a web-based software environment to achieve measurable growth.
3. Skill in designing simple, intuitive user interfaces and creating high-quality wireframes and mockups for conversion and retention.
4. Strong track record of growing and marketing products through successful initiatives and experiments.
5. Technical understanding of software development and web technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
6. Exceptional data analysis skills, including experience with SQL and analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel, to inform business decisions.
7. Proficiency in conducting A/B tests and other experiments to drive iterative improvements.
8. Experience in customer interviews and deriving qualitative insights to inform growth strategies.
9. Deep understanding of acquisition channels, user segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
10. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in fields such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
