The Role:
* Manage a portfolio of 220 properties
* No leasing, no routine inspections, and no accounts work – allowing you to focus on client relationships and portfolio performance
* Liaise with owners and tenants and coordinate repairs as necessary
* Acting on behalf of owners for NCAT and tenant matters
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience managing property portfolios of up to 200+
* Certificate of Registration and a Drivers License is required
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
