About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position based in Smithfield, which requires a driven sales professional to join a successful and well-established national sales team to deliver consistent growth and outstanding service across the NSW territory. You will gain great satisfaction managing both B2B and B2C client relationships—nurturing existing accounts, re-engaging lapsed clients, and converting new opportunities. Your role will span the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through to seamless handover to project managers and post-sale follow-up, while maintaining showroom excellence and executing orders with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage an existing portfolio of clients in the commercial office furniture space.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of JasonL - KPI's driven mindset
- Develop new business by identifying potential clients, attending site visits, and client meetings
- Preparing and conducting compelling client quotes and proposals
- Provide high quality consultative sales solutions, aligning JasonL furniture offerings and client's needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences from consultation to installation.
- Working and networking with builders, designers, and project managers.
- Stay up to date on product innovations, trends, and competitors to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Maintain accurate daily updates in the pipeline, work with reliable forecasts, and actively contribute to sales meetings.
- Provide accurate quotes, communicate ETAs clearly, and ensure seamless handovers to project management and delivery teams.
- Other Duties – The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the needs of the business.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, ideally within the commercial furniture, building, property services, or construction industries.
- A high level of communication, negotiation and B2B sales skills
- Account Management experience - growing established accounts & inbound sales

- Be self directed and highly organized
- Results oriented focused on activity for exceptional customer experience and for your own financial gain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's in any discipline; certification/degree preferred.
