About you
1. Have a genuine interest in people and be able to listen actively and provide advice
2. Use your ability to talk to a range of people to build trust and rapport with our customers
3. A team player who has initiative and is committed to achieving results
4. You are naturally skilled at customer service with both internal and external customers
5. Be able to maintain composure and focus on achieving objectives
6. Hold a current Working with Children check or willingness to obtain one
