* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Applications Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide frontline technical support for key business applications, tools and information systems.
* Assist in managing the integrity and smooth operation of core business applications and information systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve assigned incidents or service requests while ensuring prompt professional service.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in a similar applications or IT support role is essential.
* A strong focus on customer service is vital.
* You will have working knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint, database technologies, ITSM systems and tools.
* Broad knowledge of business tools, applications and technologies associated with common business functions including areas of finance, HR, IT, engineering etc.
* Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
