This position will be operating in the sushi section of the restaurant. You will be responsible for assisting with handling ingredients essential to making sushi including; fish, rice, vegetables and other condiments.
To be eligible for this role you will need:
An understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene however training will be provided
Ability to learn processes and recipes to making sushi and additional a la carte menu items
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the team
Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively as a team
Ability to listen and understand directional guidance
Training will be provided onsite to develop knife and sushi making techniques, all we ask for is for your commitment and positive attitude

Pay: $21.85 - $34.53 per hour
