The Business Development Manager – Strategic Growth is an enterprise-wide role responsible for driving new customer growth with a strong focus on net new logo's while providing strong strategic leadership across the organisation. Reporting to the Managing Director of Enterprise Solutions, the role combines hands‐on business development focus with strategic influence to identify, source and secure and close new sales opportunities across the organisation.
The position plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy, building high-value sales strategies and working with senior stakeholders to achieve our organisational growth objectives.

What's The Role?
* Identifying new business opportunities, customers, markets through your existing network and relationships, research of industry trends, client needs, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
* Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline within the CRM of prospective opportunities aligned to organisational sales priorities.
* Leading end‐to‐end business development activities including opportunity qualification, proposal development, pricing input, negotiation and contract execution.
* Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop compelling value propositions and tailored client solutions.
* Contributing to the development and execution of enterprise‐wide growth and commercial strategies.
* Providing strategic insights, advice and recommendations to the Managing Director of Enterprise Solutions and senior leaders.
* Leading and influencing cross‐functional initiatives that support long‐term revenue growth and market positioning.
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Representing the organisation in senior‐level client, partner and industry engagements.
* Providing leadership, coaching and guidance to support business development capability across the organisation.
* Promoting a strong growth mindset and commercially focused culture.
* Contributing to continuous improvement of business development frameworks, tools and processes.
* Ensuring business development activities align with organisational policies, governance frameworks and risk appetite.
* Contributing to forecasting, reporting and performance monitoring of growth initiatives.
* Monitoring and reporting on pipeline health, growth outcomes and key performance indicators.
* Identifying and managing commercial, reputational and delivery risks associated with growth opportunities.

What's Your Edge?
* Demonstrated experience and success in senior business development, commercial or growth‐focused roles in a Digital Technology company.
* Proven ability to operate strategically while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
* Experience influencing senior stakeholders across complex organisations, to ensure opportunities are closed and won in a timely manner.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with a strong understanding of market dynamics and growth strategy in the technology sector.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline (desirable).
* Baseline security clearance (desirable but not mandatory).
