Beefy’s have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Administration Assistant to fill a 12 month Maternity Leave position at our Kunda Park Factory in Sunshine Coast. About us Beefy’s is a well established multi award winning business with 16 boutique Pie Bakery Stores in South East Queensland & NSW. About the role: Part time position 12 month maternity leave contract, with potential to become ongoing Approximately 24 hours per week across 4–5 days (with potential to increase over time) Key responsibilities include: Managing phone calls and email enquiries Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies Coordinating first aid supplies and gift vouchers Filing, scanning, and general document management Processing wholesale orders, including contacting clients Generating invoices through Xero and printing labels Preparing folders and signage Managing mail between Head Office, the factory, and our 16 stores Providing general administrative support across the business Full training will be provided to support you in the role.
