About the Role:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides strategic leadership and manages daily operations of clinical and support services. This role involves aligning operations with our Clinical Services Plan and Health Equity Strategy.

* Deputising for the Health Service Chief Executive
The COO is accountable for outcomes in clinical and operational performance, consumer engagement, service level agreement KPIs, patient safety and quality, and workforce productivity and financial performance.
The COO leads a team of General Managers and Service Directors across various facilities, including those in regional cities and remote townships.
This is an executive-level position that requires proven strategic leadership and business capability, as well as high-level management skills and knowledge.
