The appointment of a Director Workforce Advisory and Services represents a pivotal leadership role in shaping this next chapter.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting directly to the Executive Director People & Culture, this is a critical leadership role with enterprise-wide influence.
You will lead a substantial, multi-disciplinary workforce function encompassing HR advisory, employee and industrial relations, recruitment, and talent services. With oversight of several specialist teams and leaders, you will drive a cohesive, high-performing service delivery model aligned to organisational priorities.
This role will see you:
* Provide strategic and operational HR leadership across a large, complex health service
* Lead workforce advisory, case management, and industrial relations in a highly regulated environment
* Oversee recruitment and talent functions to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market
* Partner closely with executive and clinical leaders to influence workforce strategy and outcomes
* Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence across workforce services

ABOUT YOU
You are a contemporary HR executive who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and brings both strategic insight and operational depth.
You will bring:
* Proven experience leading end-to-end HR functions in large, complex organisations
* Deep expertise in industrial and employee relations, including complex case management
* Strong track record in recruitment and talent strategy within challenging labour markets
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
* Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary teams and driving performance
* Experience delivering workforce transformation, service redesign, and cultural change
A background in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments will be highly regarded.
